We care about our customers’ satisfaction and offer a 30-day no-questions asked money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your returns for Cash or Credit card refund, or for an exchange. Customers are responsible for paying the return fees. Please have in mind, Returns or exchanges are accepted on undamaged items in resalable condition. Opened food and beverage products are final sale and cannot be returned.

HOW CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

1. Visit our Contact Us Page to fill out our online form. Select ‘Return/ Exchange’ Reason for Contacting drop down menu.

2. You will receive an email from us with next step instructions within 1 business day.

3. Ship back the item in the original packaging, based on the provided email instruction.Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned item.

4. Your funds will be reflected on your statement after 5-10 business days of processing, depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

5. If your request is for an exchange, packaging and shipping of new order will be fulfilled upon receipt of returned item.

 

 

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This proof can include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email or a copy of your return confirmation email.

- If your order is missing an item or contain the wrong item, we ask that you notify us within 14 days from your order date.

- Products that break prior to usage or have any manufacturer's defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange/replacement. Examples of defects include but not limited to: broken handle, missing parts /accessories, product that is not powering ‘on/off’/ functioning properly.
