Shipping & Packages

When can I expect my package?

Once we receive your online order, we will process it for shipping within 1 to 2 business days. This is strictly the processing time and does not include the shipping timeline, which various by geographic location and type of order. For information on shipping options, please refer to our answer under ‘Shipping Options’ question.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping timeline various by geographic location and the type of order. If you would like to place an order for large quantity or you are based outside of the USA, please contact us using our online form or calling us at 1-651-235-2982. We will contact you back within 1 business day. All our shipping is done through UPS and Fedex, depending on the order type.

Generally, we use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days shipping) for Food and Beverage Orders coming from USA and Canada. For all other orders outside of Food and Beverages coming from USA and Canada, we use either UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Shipping (3-5 days shipping). For orders that come from outside of North America, we use UPS and Fedex Standard International Shipping (5-7 days shipping).  

I live outside of USA and Canada. Can I get an order to be shipped to me?

What are the shipping charges for returning an order? Any time limitations for return date?
